ILM Science Kit

Hey teachers, this is a free interactive science lesson about Integrated Land Management (ILM) on forested landscapes. ILM is the planned approach to managing and reducing the human-caused impact on the land. This lesson provides balanced messaging about forest users relationships with the land, their impacts and responsibility.
The target audience is senior high school; Alberta curriculum social studies 10-1, 10-2, 10-4, 30-1 and 30-2). The lesson will take approximately 40- 80 minutes to complete and includes two activities and a short video. It was developed for use on ipads, computers and Smart boards.
